ICM/News of the World: Conservative lead of 9 points

Conservatives 40, Labour 31, Lib Dems 20

What’s also great is that Boris Johnson is leading Ken “Mayor Leavingsoon” Livingstone by 12 points (49%/37%)!!!!!!!
